Due to an expanding order book, we are looking to fill the following vacancies.
 
CNC Programmer
The successful applicant will have several years experience of production engineering in a precision manufacturing company and must be able to plan a component from drawing to finished part - including determining material size, design of fixtures and any special tooling required.
A knowledge of Mastercam v9.1 would be an advantage.
 
CNC Machinists
Operators or setter/operators are required to operate 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machining Centres. Experience of machining complex prismatic components is essential, as is flexibility and working in a multi-manned environment.
 
CNC Turners
Skilled setter/operators and experienced operators are required to operate CNC Lathes and CNC Integrated Lathes. Experience in this field and working within a highly motivated team is necessary.
 
Manual Turner/Millers
Skilled, time-served personnel are required to work in our tool room area, producing tooling and fixtures and supporting production machining activities on a wide variety of components. The post would suit a flexible, multi-skilled, experienced machinist.
 
Mechanical Inspector
In this responsible role, applicants will require a strong engineering background to support our manufacturing, providing first off, in-process and final inspection tasks. Knowledge and operation of co-ordinate measuring machines would be an advantage.
