Why we joined Impcross...
We asked the new Apprentices at Impcross why they chose and wanted to work at the progressive aerospace company.

First we asked Hayley Green, 19, (second left) who attended Katherine Lady Berkeley’s School in Wotton-under-Edge. She told us, "I wanted ’hands on’ training that would give me a career in engineering." "...From attending Impcross’s initial interview and seeing their range of Aerospace involvement, I became very enthusiastic about joining them."

Then Marc McDonagh, 16, (second right) who joined Impcross from Wye Dean School in Chepstow said, "I wanted a modern apprenticeship as the way forward in engineering, rather than through university or college." "...I chose Impcross because of the opportunity to obtain the best learning experience on a range of modern Machine Tools."
